My name is Randy E. Turner. It is my honor and privilege to serve you as Property Assessor.
I have a deep respect for this office and the service it provides for the constituents of this county. I have dedicated many years of my adult life working in this office in different capacities. I have worked in the office since September 1992 and have had the privilege of serving as the Assessor since 2016. My staff is extremely competent and hardworking. We are conscious of the fact that we work for you. Your home is likely the biggest and most important investment you make. We take this very seriously. My door is open to any and all citizens of Union County. Please realize the Property Assessor’s office is eager to assist you in any way we can.

DUTIES OF THE ASSESSOR OF PROPERTY
- Assess property throughout the County
- Map all the County property
- Input new Deeds into our system
- Assess new businesses for Tangible Personal Property
- Give 911 addresses for new construction
- Sell building permits for new construction

ALL BUILDING PERMITS FOR UNION COUNTY MUST BE PURCHASED IN THIS OFFICE. OUR BUILDING PERMITS ARE NOT OFFERED ONLINE.
