K. David Myers serves as the County Attorney for Union County. He is a life long resident of Union County, and a graduate of Horace Maynard High School.  He received his B.A. degree from Carson-Newman University and his J.D. degree from Wake Forest University. Attorney Myers’ office, located on the courthouse square, is open 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. His staff includes legal assistants, Elaine Clay, Amanda Oliver and Maddy Oliver.
